Arrow Electronics is seeking an RPA Developer with UiPath experience to design, develop, and deliver automated workflows across business processes in a hybrid Denver office environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners and vendors, creating reusable automation assets, and providing production support for deployed solutions.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of UiPath experience and hold an Advanced Developer certification in UiPath.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners, vendors and team members on automation workflows from design to implementation.
• Gather requirements and propose the best automation solution based on those requirements.
• Perform proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility of automations.
• Prepare and maintain process design documentation and keystroke documents.
• Ensure complete solutions including workflow, authentication, error handling, logging and performance tuning.
• Create and manage reusable assets based on process patterns.
• Provide production support for deployed automated solutions.
• Adopt and monitor RPA best practices for reliable execution of automations.
• Communicate status, risks, and ensure on-time delivery of developments.

• Gather requirements from business partners, suggest the best automation solution, and develop automation workflows based on those requirements.
• Perform proof-of-concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution
• Prepare, maintain and update process design documentation, keystroke documents related to business and operational workflows
• Responsible for the complete solution including process workflow, authentication, error handling, logging and performance tuning
• Create and manage reusable assets based on Business process patterns
• Perform production support for deployed automated solutions
• While supporting existing processes, create, implement, maintain and monitor RPA best practices to ensure successful execution of automated solutions

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$80,100.00 - $131,120.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
