TalentBridge is seeking a Senior UiPath/ RPA Developer Lead to architect and deliver scalable automation across a global electronics supply chain. This on-site role in Centennial, CO requires leading design, implementation, and governance of UiPath-based solutions, collaborating with IT, finance, logistics, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in software/RPA with deep UiPath expertise, strong cloud and SIEM-like governance exposure, and a track record mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in RPA development using UiPath.
• Experience using UiPath Automation Cloud to manage the full UiPath automation stack in the cloud.
• Strong command of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Scripting proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python.
• Proficiency with SQL and API/web service integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating RPA with ERP/SAP/Oracle or similar systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

TalentBridge is seeking a Senior UiPath/ RPA Developer on behalf of our client, a global leader in electronics manufacturing and distribution. This high-impact role will focus on developing and architecting intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations within a fast-paced, enterprise supply chain environment. As part of the Intelligent Automation team, you’ll lead efforts to design, build, deploy, and scale UiPath-based automations while collaborating with stakeholders across IT, operations, logistics, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of UiPath automation workflows using Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Utilize UiPath Automation CloudTM to host, manage, and scale automation stack (Orchestrator, robots, AI/ML services, etc.) in the cloud

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in RPA development using UiPath
• Experience using UiPath Automation CloudTM to manage the full UiPath automation stack (Orchestrator, robots, AI/ML services, etc.) in the cloud
• Strong command of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Solid scripting experience in VB.NET, C#, or Python
• Proficiency with SQL and API/web service integrations
• Hands‑on experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
• Prior experience in electronics, supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise automation consulting

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
• UIPath Certifications (UiRPA, UiARD)
• Exposure to enterprise automation frameworks and RPA governance models
• CI/CD and DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
