You will work with experienced developers, PMs, BAs, and business units to design, build, test, and support UiPath-based automation solutions. A strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn are essential, with UiPath familiarity

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field; equivalent training or experience considered.
• Basic understanding of programming or software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to break down a business process into steps and decision points.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and development techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to translate requirements into automated workflows.
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Build automations that interact with desktop, web, Office apps, APIs, databases, and other systems.
• Assist with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Monitor production automations and investigate failures.
• Document workflows, designs, configurations, and support procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
• Collaborate with users during UAT and rollout of automations.
• Assist with UiPath Orchestrator environments, queues, assets, and schedules.
• Continuously develop skills related to RPA, APIs, AI, and automation tech.
