Job summary

You will ensure reliable RPA workflows, AI-assisted automation services, and IDP solutions, handling incident management, root cause analysis, bot monitoring, and cross-team collaboration to deliver seamless business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and related UiPath products.
• Experience troubleshooting bot failures, queue processing, and credential issues.
• Foundational to advanced GenAI, AI assistants, and IDP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA and GenAI automation solutions.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and collaboration with dev teams to ensure reliability.
