Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years of coaching and administration experience at UIL member school or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of UIL Constitution and Contest Rules and state laws governing interscholastic activities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Administer athletic programs for assigned UIL sports and assist with others.
• Serve as liaison to member schools and officials associations; present UIL rules and information.
• Develop sport-specific manuals and curriculum for Coaches Certification; review athletic participation forms.
