The successful candidate will support the delivery of internal AI products and services designed for global workforce operations. This position requires deep domain knowledge of conversational AI, particularly as it relates to support workflows, integration opportunities, and scalable self-service solutions. Collaborative communication is essential to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering partners to design, test, and deliver world-class solutions.Key Responsibilities* Research and share industry best practices and innovative approaches to elevate conversational AI systems.* Apply NLP techniques to transform natural language data to feed classification algorithms.* Collaborate with engineers and applied research scientists to deliver efficient algorithms and robust systems that scale globally.* Analyze how data from API calls, databases, and other technologies integrate into designs, cooperating with developers on implementation.* Develop the technical direction for conversational assistants, establishing connections across the organization to build standards.* Translate high-level business requirements into detailed system-level and functional requirements for technical execution.* Create and refine accurate flow diagrams and technical documentation to communicate the behavior of complete conversational systems.* Contribute to requirements gathering, user stories, estimates, and roadmap planning.* Design and lead various evaluation and testing methods, including A/B testing, usability testing, and quality assurance, synthesizing results to iterate on product usability.* Educate colleagues and stakeholders on the core tenets of conversation design.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience is required.**Experience:** Five or more years of experience solving complex problems with conversational AI in an academic or professional setting is required. A proven track record of applying strategy, insights, and user-centered approaches to technical projects is essential.**Technical Skills:** Hands-on experience with conversational AI and NLP solutions is required.
