Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a software developer to provide UI/UX capabilities for software development. You will translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling, and highly-functional digital experiences, ensuring each application maintains its unique identity while providing a familiar feel across our organization.

The role requires UX research, creating flows and wireframes, and delivering high-fidelity mockups with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Qualifications

• Ability to audit and validate how data is presented in the UI to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies and consistency across dashboards.
• Ability to identify, develop, and implement UX improvements that streamline reporting and analytic workflows.
• Strong problem solving skills, with a focus on translating complex data and requirements into simple, usable interfaces.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph Required day 1.

Responsibilities

What You Will Get to Do:

• Create user friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize the overall user experiences, identify design challenges and propose elegant, effective solutions.
• Develop innovative approaches to complex design problems presenting you ideas through mockups, presentations and detailed design specifications.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
