Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA recruits a Software Engineer II - UI/UX to join our Marine team in Kennesaw, GA. You will design and implement UI and networked embedded components for MFDs and Ethernet, shaping features from concept to testing.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional and international groups in Japan and Europe, mentor juniors, document system architecture, and help deliver high-quality, scalable UI software across marine products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering or CS.
• 3–5+ years in UI software development for embedded systems.
• Fluent English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI and backend code for embedded systems.
• Document system architecture, solutions, processes, and schedules.
• Plan, manage NDAs, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot, assess risks, and meet design specs.
• Contribute to project planning and budgeting.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
