Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces using AngularJS or ReactJS to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user‑friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency and quality across platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and optimizations.
• Ensure consistent application of design guidelines and standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to design strategy.
• Document design specifications and project release materials.
• Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining metrics.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to standards and processes.

Required Qualifications
