Job summary
Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a UI/UX Designer with TS/SCI w/ Poly to create intuitive digital experiences. You will apply user research, wireframes, and prototypes, working closely with developers and stakeholders to translate insights into design.

Qualifications
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Proficiency with UI/UX design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC).
- Experience with wireframes and prototypes (Figma, Axure).
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
- Create personas, flows, and wireframes for design decisions.
- Develop a UI/UX strategy for digital assets.
- Design UI elements to improve usability.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and test designs.
