DCCA, a veteran-owned high-technology company in Virginia, seeks an experienced UI/UX Designer with an active TS/SCI w/Poly. You will prototype, test with federal stakeholders, and work with full-stack developers to deliver accessible, responsive web applications using React.

Candidates apply Human-Centered Design, contribute to design systems, and participate in SAFe Agile processes. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise UI/UX experience are expected; salary ranges from

Competenze

5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with enterprise software/web apps.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and how it affects frontend frameworks.
Experience applying Human-Centered Design and user research.
Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Mansioni

Prototype and wireframe complex workflows; create high- and low-fidelity designs.
Plan and conduct usability testing with federal stakeholders and end users.
Collaborate with Full Stack Developers to implement responsive UI in React.js.
Ensure accessibility per Section 508, WCAG, and federal design systems.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides; ensure consistency across deliverables.
Participate in SAFe Agile processes; support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
