Contributing ideas from early product concepts through launch, you'll generate creative solutions that enhance the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for the definition, design and documentation of all user-experience related aspects of the product user interface. You will develop user interface design including screen layout and navigation, user interface functionality, user notifications, alerts and icons to name a few. As an interaction designer, you will be an advocate for the end user of our products, partnering closely with industrial design, human factors, marketing, clinical, and software engineering teams to implement and test designed interfaces. Although collaboration is key, you'll also work independently at times, documenting, implementing and troubleshooting as you ensure deliverables and work products meet and exceed our high standards.

  • 2. Building and maintaining design systems - 3+ years. Components, tokens, documentation, versioning, and close partnership with engineering, ideally across multiple products or teams.
  • 3. Using AI tools in design or development workflows - 1+ year. Hands-on use of AI tools, with an understanding of how AI agents consume design system assets (e.g., Figma MCP server, tokens, structured docs).

  • 1. Healthcare, clinical, or regulated-environment design - 2+ years
  • 2. Complex, data-dense enterprise applications or alerting/workflow tools - 2+ years

  • 5. Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) - 3+ years applying standards in shipped products
  • 6. Medical industry desired
