Job summary

WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft customer-focused digital experiences across our eCommerce websites. The role combines UX strategy, interface design, user research, and optimization to deliver visually compelling experiences that drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate has several years of eCommerce experience, is passionate about solving customer problems, and can own projects from discovery through implementation while collaborating with developers,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field.
4–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience with significant eCommerce experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and measurable business impact.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).

Responsibilities

Design intuitive user experiences balancing customer needs with business goals.
Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for new website features.
Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Iteratively improve existing website experiences based on usability data.
Develop product pages, category pages, landing pages, and promotional experiences to improve conversion.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, analytics, and leadership to implement designs.
