We are currently seeking a highly skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign and development of our service-oriented and e-commerce platforms. As part of our next phase of digital growth, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help elevate our online presence across both service-based and e-commerce platforms. This role is an opportunity to build seamless, high-performing digital experiences that align with our brand values of trust, clarity, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user interfaces for web platforms, covering both service-based and e-commerce experiences. Create user-centric flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Webflow. Develop responsive layouts optimized for multiple devices, ensuring accessibility and performance best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to bring design concepts to life with pixel-perfect accuracy. Apply SEO-aware design thinking (navigation structure, content hierarchy, on-page elements). Continuously improve designs based on user behavior, analytics, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing both service and e-commerce projects. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (Webflow knowledge is a strong advantage). Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, user behavior, and conversion optimization. Familiarity with SEO and accessibility principles as they relate to design and content layout. Strong ability to manage time, work independently, and accept constructive feedback. Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills) Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, or JS) Experience designing for WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms Animation/motion design skills using tools like Lottie or After Effects

Working Style Fully Remote (India-based candidates only) Flexible working hours with agreed-upon milestones and regular virtual check-ins Project-based contract, with potential for long-term or recurring collaboration based on performance
