We’re a creative and collaborative digital marketing agency with an international team, partnering with innovative building materials manufacturers. Our clients’ audiences include builders, contractors, homeowners, architects, interior designers and product distributors.

We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer with strong UX/UI expertise and a polished portfolio of website and landing page designs to help us elevate our creative work. Preference will be given to applicants based in the U.S. or nearshore locations to better align with our clients’ schedules.

What You’ll Do:

• Design a variety of digital assets - logos, graphics, videos, and more
• Lead UX/UI design and optimization of landing pages and websites
• Provide art direction and develop brand guidelines for client projects
• Create innovative design solutions that bring client brands to life
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and present design concepts to clients
• Stay sharp on the latest design trends and best practices
• Support on web design, UX/UI projects, and overflow creative tasks as needed

What You Bring:

• Proven UX/UI experience, especially in landing page design
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience providing art direction and developing brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Versatility across digital and print design
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Agency or client-facing experience
• Experience conducting written and verbal UX/UI audits
• Experience with building materials, manufacturing or B2B industries
