Job summary

AI on the Hill in Princeton, NJ is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible interfaces for TriClick and our AI-powered tools used by biostatisticians and clinical researchers. You will shape how users interact with complex data workflows and research-grade AI applications.

You will conduct user research, build wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, establish a scalable design system, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or dashboards.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Portfolio demonstrating enterprise or B2B design work.
