Job summary

Swift in Reston, VA is seeking a UI/UX Designer for the McLean, VA area. You will design interfaces, conduct user research, and contribute to development plans that support client applications.

Apply human-centered design principles, produce wireframes and interactive prototypes, and clearly communicate design requirements to engineering while ensuring accessible, responsive experiences. This role requires five or more years of experience and US citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) or technical area
• Minimum of five years of experience working with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate user experience
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, such as Sketch, In Vision, and Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality design solutions
• Five years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Axure, to develop and test design concepts
• Human-centered design principles and design thinking to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to effectively communicate design requirements to development teams
• US citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
