UI/UX DesignerWe are hiring a UI/UX Designer for our client located in the Everett, MA, area. The person hired for this position will support enterprise application and digital initiatives by translating business objectives and user needs into intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user experiences.The ideal candidate is a strategic UI/UX professional who goes beyond implementing requirements to understand the underlying business need. This individual will be able to translate business objectives into thoughtful design solutions, assess and enhance existing or vendor-delivered applications, constructively challenge assumptions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the overall user experience and application design.This role requires someone who thinks beyond individual features to create scalable, intuitive solutions that support long-term business goals.ResponsibilitiesLead UX and UI design efforts for enterprise applications and digital initiatives.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other design artifacts to communicate and validate solutions.Refine, maintain, and enhance the design system and component library to support consistency and scalability.Facilitate user research sessions and incorporate findings into product and design decisions.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and application requirements.Translate user and business requirements into highly usable, intuitive, and responsive experiences.Collaborate with product, business, development, and other cross-functional teams throughout the design process.Develop and refine product requirements and help ensure solutions align with user needs and long-term business objectives.Evaluate existing and vendor-delivered solutions and recommend improvements to usability, functionality, and overall design.Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business, technical, and operational requirements.Help establish and promote consistent UX/UI standards, best practices, and scalable design patterns.QualificationsExperience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related discipline.Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive user interfaces.Experience working with and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Experience conducting or facilitating user research and usability sessions.Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to think strategically while also managing detailed design and product requirements.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, product teams, and external vendors.Ability to assess existing solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and constructively challenge assumptions.Experience supporting enterprise applications or complex digital products is preferred.Pay up to $72.50 / hour W2#INDIT
