Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile UX/UI Designer to join our team as the sole dedicated designer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers to create smart, user-friendly designs for websites and mobile applications. You\'ll be responsible for improving usability, optimizing conversion flows, and ensuring designs align with client branding and business goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers to ideate and deliver intuitive, elegant design solutions.
  • Create low- and high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and detailed design specifications.
  • Improve messaging, fix usability issues, and redesign flows to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Occasionally engage directly with clients to understand their brand, users, and objectives.
  • Support visual design needs for sales and marketing initiatives when required.
  • Act as the primary design resource, driving design decisions and advocating for best practices.
