Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a UI/UX Designer to conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and create visually compelling interfaces that align with brand guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible and polished designs across the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong user-centered design advocacy, ongoing learning of industry trends, and contribution to design systems and UI standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of user behavior, needs and pain points.
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to create visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Experience with usability testing and iterative design.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI standards.
