Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Analyst to shape user interfaces and usability across digital products. You will lead user-centric design initiatives, run usability assessments, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

With 7+ years in UI/UX analysis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create high-fidelity prototypes, and mentor peers. A strong foundation in front-end basics and tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in UI/UX analysis and a track record of successful projects.
• Advanced proficiency in usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
• Expertise with industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Position of Public Trust Clearance; no more than 6 months out of the US in the last 5 years.

• Conduct comprehensive usability assessments using various methods (user testing, heuristic evaluation, etc.).
• Identify pain points in existing software products and propose enhancements.

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for iterative improvements.
• Prototyping and Interaction Design:
• Create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that align with user expectations.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 or more years in UI/UX analysis, with a track record of successful projects.
• Advanced proficiency in usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
• Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Candidates MUST be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance. Must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years and have resided in the US for the last 5 years
