The UI Tester focuses on validating user interfaces across web and application environments to ensure functional correctness and alignment with UX expectations. Collaboration with developers, UX designers, and automation engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience performing manual UI or functional testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot usability or visual issues.
• Familiarity with GitLab for issue tracking and test documentation, and experience reviewing automated test suites.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual UI testing across dev, QA, Ephemeral Cluster, and pre-production environments.
• Validate layout consistency, navigation flows, accessibility, and general usability.
• Document defects, results, and reproducible steps in GitLab.
• Review and collaborate on automated test suites built using VS Code; identify UI gaps or enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; contribute to testing strategy and readiness criteria.
• Support testing across AVD, LaunchPad 2.0, and other app-specific interfaces.
• Maintain clear UI test cases, workflows, and documentation in SharePoint.
• Work with developers and automation engineers to resolve UI and environment issues.
• Assist teams in gathering technical details and converting them into clear content aligned with Agile workflows.
• Help identify documentation gaps and contribute to content improvements.
