Job summary

Granite Solutions Groupe is seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer to support an on-premises migration initiative. The role focuses on front-end architecture, application development, accessibility, security, performance, and deployment support, building and maintaining a shared UI component library used by multiple teams.

The candidate will work across front-end architecture and deployment flows, ensuring reusable components are well-designed, published, and consumed in an enterprise

About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer to support an on-premises migration initiative. The resource will help build and maintain front-end applications using a shared UI component library. They should understand how applications are assembled from reusable components, published for other teams to use, and deployed and supported in an enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on senior developer role. The client is looking for someone who can work across front-end architecture, application development, accessibility, security, performance, and deployment support.

Required experience:

• 10+ years of front-end development experience, with strong hands-on UI development skills.
• React development experience.
• Strong understanding of micro-frontends and Module Federation. This is a key requirement for the project.
• Experience building or supporting shared UI component libraries used by multiple teams, including:
• How components are designed and made reusable.
• How other applications or teams consume the library.
• How library versions are managed and published.
• Experience with Rollup or a similar tool used to bundle and publish front-end libraries.
• Solid CSS skills.
• Experience with global state management, such as Redux or the React Context API.
• Practical experience building accessible interfaces so they can be used by people with different needs.
• Understanding of front-end security and performance practices.

Preferred experience:

• Front-end application deployment in Azure, including familiarity with relevant Azure services.
• Understanding of what happens after code is committed to a repository: how the application is published, deployed, and run as a service.
• Ability to investigate where a front-end issue occurred and help troubleshoot it across the application and deployment flow.
• Familiarity with AG Grid. Many of the client’s screens are grid-based; deep expertise is not required.
• Experience with SSO, APIs, and vendor integrations. These came up as areas of interest, but the precise depth expected should be confirmed.
