Job summary

Incedo Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Angular Developer to join our growing team. You will build high‑performance web applications and integrate complex APIs into modern user experiences, combining front‑end engineering with backend integration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise web app experience, strong Angular and REST API skills, and hands-on with NgRx/Redux. This role offers hybrid work with three onsite days and opportunities across AWS/Azure cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (10+).
• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3/SCSS.
• Extensive experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as NgRx or Redux.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control tools.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or cloud-native application development.

Responsibilities

• Build highly interactive, responsive UI components consuming data from multiple backend services.
• Design and implement robust integrations with RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, architects, product owners, and UX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize frontend performance, API consumption, data handling, and application scalability.
• Implement state management using NgRx/Redux for complex workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, API defects, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in architecture discussions involving API design, security, scalability, and Micro Frontend strategies.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and adherence to coding standards and testing practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or cloud-native application development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular Material, Bootstrap, or other component libraries.
• Knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming concepts.
• Experience working with Microservices Architecture and API Gateway integrations.
• Exposure to Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Cypress.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
