Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY, is hiring for a 12-hour day shift Operator to run Aseptic Tank and UHT equipment. The role operates on a 2-2-3 rotating cycle with every other weekend, reporting to Processing Supervisors.

You will follow GMP and safety rules, manage HMI controls, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring quality parameters and process documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) at HS level.
• Willingness to operate equipment safely and follow SOPs.
• Ability to follow GMP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP rules and SOPs.
• Operate the HMI and maintain process controls within limits.
• Maintain regulatory recording of control production parameters and state seals.
• Clean process equipment daily including tanks, lines, pasteurizer, and CIP/COP operations.
• Assist in training new personnel or upskilling team members.
• Communicate anticipated schedule delays or changes with upstream processing and packaging.
