Job summary

fairlife, LLC, a Chicago-based nutrition company, seeks a Filler Operator to join the Webster, NY production facility. You will fill containers across multiple products, maintain sanitation, and ensure GMP compliance on a rotating 12-hour day schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with weekend work on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities include operating the filler, ensuring product quality, recording production data, and assisting with maintenance and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic math and reasoning are required.
• Must be able to operate equipment after training.
• Ability to troubleshoot small problems and escalate as needed.
• Must work safely and adhere to procedures; forklift license needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Work under supervision of Production Supervisors.
• Operate filling equipment to package products accurately.
• Inspect and verify filled bottles meet specifications.
• Record downtime, material usage, and quality checks.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and jam resolution.
• Train new personnel and assist on the line.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
