fairlife, LLC, a nutrition-focused dairy company, is hiring a Filler Operator in Webster, NY. The role covers sterile preparation of raw materials through blow molding, inspection, and packaging, with emphasis on maintaining product quality and safety.

The position requires GMP compliance, ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs, and collaboration with Maintenance and QA teams. A 12-hour day shift runs 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with weekends every other.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; strong communication skills; basic math and reasoning; ability to operate equipment after training; troubleshoot and escalate as needed; adhere to safety procedures; Industrial Truck Operator License required or obtainable; able to work in a fast-paced environment; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality rules.
• Report to Production Supervisors and follow directions.
• Safely operate filling lines and adjust within process limits to ensure accurate, defect-free bottles.
• Observe machines for quality conformity and SOP adherence.
• Weigh and inspect filled bottles; coordinate with QA on runtime quality.
