The UHP Analytical Engineer is an exciting role supporting analytical instrumentation across Air Products' gas production and distribution facilities in the Americas. This role will provide technical expertise in the following areas related to analytical instrument technology: performance testing, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and obsolescence planning. This position will be based in our Chandler, AZ office with up to 25% travel throughout the Americas region. The UHP Analytical Engineer is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and continuously improving advanced analytical measurement systems used for ultra-high-purity (UHP) gas production quality assurance. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for trace-level gas analysis, analytical instrumentation, method development, system design, troubleshooting, and quality system compliance. The position will partner with Process Controls, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Laboratories, and external vendors to ensure analytical systems deliver accurate, reliable, and compliant measurements. A strong commitment to safety is essential in this role.
