Right Executive Search, LLC is seeking a Lead Wealth Advisor for a remote, nationwide position in wealth management and family office advisory services. You will own relationships with complex HNW/UHNW families, drive planning across tax, estate, investments, and real estate, and mentor a high-performing advisory team.

The role emphasizes ownership, sophisticated judgment, and collaboration with CPAs, lawyers, and other advisors to deliver comprehensive, client-centric solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of planning or wealth advisory experience.
• 4+ years as the primary advisor for complex HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Ability to integrate advice across tax, estate, investments, business interests, real estate, and private investments.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship.

Aufgaben

• Own the advisory relationship and client experience for a group of complex HNW and UHNW families.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, family dynamics, businesses, investments, and concerns.
• Lead strategic client meetings, evaluating alternatives, tradeoffs, and major decisions.
• Set planning direction across investments, tax, estate, cash flow, risk, real estate, and private investments.
• Establish priorities and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Mentor advisors and shape the firm's planning approach and family-office capabilities.
• Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, insurance professionals, and business advisors.
• Manage client expectations and drive implementation of recommendations.
