Job summary

International Search Consultants is assisting a premier Multi-Family Office in Denver to identify a Senior Wealth Advisor with a proven UHNW advisory track record. You will manage, expand, and transition client relationships, collaborating across investment, tax, and estate planning to deliver an integrated family office experience.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus upside from performance-based compensation and potential for equity ownership, with succession planning and leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, or in a related advisory role.
• Strong track record of developing and maintaining UHNW client relationships.
• Ability to transition an existing client base is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of investment management, estate/tax planning concepts, and holistic wealth planning.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• CFP, CFA, JD, or other advanced credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wealth management and holistic planning services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Advise on investment strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and multi-generational family needs.
• Transition client relationships to the firm, leveraging its expanded platform and resources.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver an integrated family office experience.
• Serve as a trusted relationship manager, acting as the central advisor for clients and their families.
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm through leadership and potential equity participation.
