Responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated tax-mitigation strategies for large liquidity events and complex structuring.
• Act as definitive tax authority in joint meetings with wealth managers and estate attorneys.
• Lead acquisition efforts by presenting high-alpha tax strategies to UHNW families and enterprise owners.
• Mentor staff and implement scalable, tech-enabled tax-review systems.
• Generate and retain departmental revenue and tax alpha.
• Maintain UHNW client satisfaction and retention above 98%.
• Implement scalable workflows to double the department's bandwidth within 18 months.
