Job summary

DB Tax & Accounting (DBTA) seeks a Tax Manager to lead complex engagements and act as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients. You’ll own high-impact relationships, mentor a growing tax team, and partner directly with firm leadership on onboarding and strategy.

You will design tailored tax strategies, oversee multi-structure returns, and drive proactive planning across federal, state, and international tax. This is a high-visibility role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of tax experience, including leadership.
• Proven experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Deep expertise in federal, state, and international tax.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex tax concepts.
• High-level client relationship management.
