Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Residential Lending Specialist to manage end-to-end mortgage fulfillment for UHNW clients, including HELOCs, with a private-banking, white-glove approach.

The role involves coordinating with Private Bankers, legal, and escrow teams to ensure accuracy, timely disclosures, and funding while maintaining audit-ready files. A hybrid office/work-from-home model is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in residential mortgage fulfillment, processing/closing, or underwriting, preferably within Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Experience managing complex UHNW mortgage borrowers and loan structures.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to explain technical requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary fulfillment contact for UHNW clients from application to closing.
• Coordinate end-to-end closing logistics with attorneys, escrow/title agents, and insurers.
• Review applications for completeness, initiate disclosures, and ensure timely funding.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and provide high-touch, discreet client service.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers to align messaging and expectations and preempt issues.
