Qualifications

• Licensing: FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65/66 or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Prepare meeting materials, investment proposals, and client presentations.
• Monitor client portfolios and banking activity to align with goals and risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including cross-border rules.
• Maintain accurate client records and support reviews.
• Coordinate across internal teams to deliver seamless service.
• Escalate potential risks or compliance concerns promptly.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and special projects for the team.
