As a High Net Worth Relationship (HNW) Manager, you will acquire, maintain, and grow profitable long-term relationships principally focused on High Net Worth individuals. The role owner will be an exceptional team player and client focused individual. This individual will establish new relationships and manage existing relationships to generate new AUM and Gross Revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities ensuring the required credit quality & requisite returns on risk
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
  • Be a core part of our team, originating target market clients focused on investment AUM, lending, and Advisory services from own network
  • Grow revenues across allocated portfolio, successfully manage and serve existing business relationships and originate new revenue streams
  • Grow HSBC’s share of client wallet involving product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with UHNW client requirements
  • Establish and maintain networks for cooperation with other HSBC businesses, to support the creation of solutions to customer needs that span geographical/product boundaries and regulatory environments

Compensation and Benefits

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $279,600.00 and $350,00.00. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location. HSBC offers a competitive Total Reward Package, with a mix of fixed pay and discretionary, annual variable pay. A wide range of benefits are provided to support health and well-being, finances and lifestyle.

Requirements

You’ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • At least 5 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, strong customer service focus
  • Highly developed communication skills for direct client contact and problem solving
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products, ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses, may allow for contingency to obtain Series 7 and 66
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
