Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an International Private Bank UHNW Banker Associate to assist a Senior Banker in managing high‑net‑worth client books with a focus on the China market.

You will help acquire new clients, retain relationships, and deliver wealth management solutions across investments, banking, trusts and financial planning. The role requires 4+ years in Private Banking, strong cross‑border experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Private Banking, with proven track record in managing UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management business in China market, well versed across all asset classes, and deep understanding on Compliance, Risk and Regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Banker with daily client priorities and maintain client relationships.
• Assist in sales process, build pitch books, coordinate information and respond to client needs.
• Participate in client hierarchy and pipeline management; update on markets and portfolio performance.
• Assist in selling investments, banking and trust services including asset allocation and portfolio reviews.
• Work with Investor and Senior Bankers to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients and send promotion items on request.
• Track Clients, AUMs and Revenues in internal systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
