Job summary

UBS Group AG is seeking a Portfolio Strategist in the Portfolio Advisory Group to provide investment guidance to Financial Advisors and Ultra High Net Worth clients. The role centers on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and product/platform fulfillment from the Palm Beach, Florida area.

You will work with senior leadership and advisors, conducting in-depth portfolio analysis and delivering client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

Experience in wealth management/private banking or asset management.
Strong knowledge of global financial markets and ability to express views.
Experience in multi-asset class portfolio construction.
Ability to articulate research in portfolio contexts.
Desire to work with clients and strong client-facing skills.
Series 7 and 66 licenses strongly preferred; CFA/CFP/CAIA tracks encouraged.
Ideally 5+ years in financial services.

Responsibilities

Deliver customized portfolio construction advice to financial advisors and their UHNW clients/prospects.
Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis at asset allocation and investment levels.
Produce bespoke presentations outlining UBS research, capabilities and views on asset allocation and product implementation.
Develop fluency in all aspects of portfolio construction and use asset categories to implement allocations.
Cultivate partnerships across the firm to understand platforms and product offerings.
Contribute to production of original investment content for internal distribution.
Collaborate with alternative investments, advanced planning, philanthropy, banking, and other groups.
