Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of investment decision making and financial consulting experience with high-net-worth clients
• Experience in wealth management, private banking or trust with increasing responsibility
• Knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services
• Broad-based technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal and operations for client service
• Knowledge of fiduciary standards and applicable laws/regulations
• Strong negotiation, delegation and leadership skills
• Superior client service and relationship management abilities
• MBA/JD or professional credentials enhance candidacy
• Mix of financial services expertise, management and business development

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' situation to tailor investment strategies to goals
• Manage all aspects of client portfolios: asset allocation, construction, risk and compliance, reviews
• Collaborate with teams to deliver integrated solutions across equities, fixed income, alternatives
• Engage with clients to review performance and market changes
• Stay updated on Chief Investment Office guidance and market trends to mitigate risks
• Develop relationships with clients with professional care and ethics
