Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a highly discreet Personal Assistant for a UHNW Principal. Based in a remote area of Pennsylvania with relocation, the role offers high-touch support, including lifestyle, travel, and admin duties, in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate travel, and liaise with household staff. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience, exceptional organization, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Personal Assistant, EA, or similar with UHNW exposure.
• Experience supporting UHNW individuals or high-profile families.
• Extensive travel experience and passport valid.
• Exceptional organization and impeccable judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar, appointments, and personal commitments.
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel and accompany the Principal as needed.
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with household staff, vendors, drivers, security, and service providers.
• Handle confidential information with the highest discretion.
• Support events, reservations, purchases, and lifestyle needs.
