Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lending Specialist for its U.S. Private Bank in Philadelphia. You will present credit solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients and advise on implementation, working with a team across markets and functions to elevate client experience.

You will lead credit product strategies, originate deals, supervise memos and manage risk across a complex loan portfolio in a fast-paced private banking environment.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years of credit, loan and deposit product experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Experience structuring complex credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal sales leader for the credit product.
• Partner with Bankers to deliver sophisticated credit solutions.
• Originate credit leads from prospects and clients.
• Handle deal analysis, due diligence and credit presentations.
• Supervise credit approval memos and restructures.
• Monitor portfolio risk and improve portfolio quality.
• Manage underwriters to adjust debt structure and risk ratings.
