Job summary

Pathstone is seeking a Reporting Manager to oversee complex accounting, reporting, and financial coordination for ultra-high-net-worth clients within a single family office environment. The role ensures data integrity, reconciled inter-entity relationships, and timely, high-quality outputs across Advisory, Tax, and PCFO.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in family office or private wealth settings, strong multi-entity accounting experience, and proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5 to 8+ years in family office, public accounting, or private wealth environments.
• Strong background in partnership, investment, and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients or single family offices preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multi-entity structures.
• Prepare consolidated and entity-level financial statements.
• Oversee accounting for complex investment portfolios and distributions.
• Own inter-entity accounting lifecycle and reconciliations.
• Manage bank, credit card, and brokerage reconciliations.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and data sources.
• Coordinate across Advisory, Tax, and PCFO teams.
• Support a single family office with high expectations for accuracy.
