Job summary

Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager based in one of our market locations to deliver exceptional service to UHNW clients.

You will coordinate with the Managing Director and service areas, review client reports, and assist in planning and implementation for complex wealth strategies. You will manage onboarding, account openings and ongoing maintenance, while ensuring accuracy in CRM data, and coordinating with external advisors and internal teams to deliver a seamless

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years relevant work experience and UHNW exposure.
CFP®, CPWA® or CPA strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple workflows, checklists and priorities with accuracy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data with attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with UHNW clients and advisors.
Highly organized and discreet with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Operate within the team’s client service strategy to ensure high standard of service.
Respond professionally and provide timely resolution to client inquiries or concerns.
Coordinate efforts across Oxford and external advisors as needed.
Prepare client reports and analyses in collaboration with technical teams.
Maintain client information and update CRM (Salesforce) as appropriate.
Own onboarding workflow and ensure completion of onboarding checklist items.
Support onboarding meetings with the MD and internal team members.
