Job summary

Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. seeks a Relationship Manager to deliver elite UHNW client experiences. You will coordinate with the Managing Directors across markets, prepare reports, onboard new clients, and maintain CRM data with rigorous attention to detail.

You will manage multiple tasks, support onboarding meetings, and liaise with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless client service and advanced financial planning for complex estates and portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years in UHNW client service.
• Experience handling UHNW clients and complex financial planning.
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional UHNW client experiences and coordinate with the Managing Director and service teams.
• Prepare client reports and analyses for reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Onboard new clients and manage account openings, transfers, and cash movements.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and client profiles across platforms.
• Coordinate workflows across service areas and external advisors to satisfy client needs.
• Support onboarding meetings and ensure completion of required items on the onboarding checklist.
