Mercer Advisors is seeking an exceptional Estate Planning Partner - Regis to lead strategic advisory engagements for UHNW families. You will helm estate planning client outcomes alongside senior wealth advisors and manage a dedicated team of estate strategists.

This role requires extensive experience in tax-aware wealth transfer, irrevocable and revocable trusts, and coordinating complex plans within a regulated RIA framework. Hybrid or regional flexibility may apply in top markets.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• 15+ years of legal estate planning experience with UHNW clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements as in-house estate planning partner to Regis families.
• Manage a team of estate strategists and coordinate with multidisciplinary experts.
• Design and implement comprehensive estate plans including trusts and wills.
• Advise on tax strategies, gift, GST, and wealth transfer techniques.
• Lead multi-generational planning conversations and governance structures.
• Collaborate with Regis leadership to improve service offerings and platform.
