Job summary

Mercer Advisors seeks an exceptional Estate Planning Partner – Regis to lead engagements for ultra‑high net worth families. You will guide strategic estate planning, supervise a team of specialists, and collaborate with senior wealth advisors to deliver integrated wealth management.

The role emphasizes credibility, judgment, and governance for complex family wealth within a fiduciary, RIA framework.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• 15+ years of legal experience in estate planning, with focus on $25M+ balance sheets and $100M+ families.
• Deep knowledge of federal transfer tax law, trust and estate administration, and wealth transfer planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior wealth advisors for Regis families.
• Maintain and grow Regis client book with UHNW clients.
• Manage a team of estate strategists and support specialists.
• Integrate advanced estate planning strategies with broader financial plans.
• Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and thought leadership content.
