Job summary

SolomonEdwards seeks a Client Service Associate for a UHNW client in Wilmington, Delaware. On a centralized team, you will provide a range of services to support client relationships and ensure accuracy in documentation and processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and growth within financial services. You will work with client service teams, custodians, and operations to process requests, open/close accounts, and review billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – Finance or Business preferred
• 5–7 years’ experience within financial services, preferably Wealth Management
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
• High attention to detail with the ability to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environment
• Advanced MS Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Client Service Teams to service the Firm’s UHNW clients
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation adequacy through ongoing monitoring of internal databases
• Collaborate with custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure requests are processed correctly
• Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements
• Manage opening and closing of accounts – SMA’s and brokerage
• Oversee cash and security movements including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals
• Analyze and review billing for accuracy
