Job summary

International Search Consultants is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join a global investment firm's Delaware office. This role focuses on providing high-touch service to UHNW clients and partnering with Advisors to process financial transactions accurately.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in investment management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business. The firm promotes excellent career growth and offers a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting UHNW clients within wealth or investment management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s Advisors and Clients directly.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors to service UHNW Clients.
• Manage cash and security movements including deposits, withdrawals, and wires.
