Job summary

You will prepare asset allocation reviews, investment proposals, and customized materials to support advisors and client relationships, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating follow-up actions for timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of client service experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Series 7 and/or 65 licenses or willingness to obtain.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide UHNW clients with reporting, statements, and portfolio information, delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare asset allocation reviews, investment proposals, and customized materials.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and CRM updates; coordinate follow-ups.
• Generate portfolio reports and analyses for client meetings and business development.
