Job summary

The Quest Organization, a boutique multi-family office serving UHNW families, seeks a Client Service Associate to manage day-to-day client requests, onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance. You will partner with senior advisors to provide white-glove service across wealth management, fiduciary planning, and complex administrative needs.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, client-service driven, and comfortable coordinating with attorneys, accountants, and other fiduciary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in family office or private wealth services.
• Experience working directly with UHNW clients and advisors.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management concepts including estate planning and trusts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for UHNW clients and manage requests.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, account maintenance, and e-files.
• Support concierge-level services including travel, bill pay, and personal financial matters.
• Track deliverables and client commitments through completion.
• Coordinate with accountants and attorneys on tax documents and deadlines.
• Collaborate with advisors and professional partners.
• Identify internal improvements to client service.
