Job summary

Gresham Partners, LLC in Chicago seeks a Client Service Associate to support UHNW families with wealth management services, coordinating meetings and delivering a superior service experience.

This role collaborates with advisors, prepares materials, tracks action items, and supports asset allocation planning, tax and estate strategies, and client reporting. A Bachelor's degree and related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of financial planning, family office, tax, or investment experience with high net worth families.
• Strong commitment to exceptional client service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; solid written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare materials for client meetings held 2-4 times per year.
• Attend Chicago area client meetings and prepare follow-up letters and action lists.
• Monitor and implement client‑agreed actions with clients for proper execution of investment documents.
• Review quarterly client reporting and participate in quarterly calls to discuss materials.
• Assist in developing and implementing customized asset allocation and wealth transfer strategies.
• Coordinate with clients' tax, legal, and other experts to support planning goals.
• Prepare new business development presentations and participate in internal initiatives.
